Therapeutic Massage
Therapeutic massage is a customized, results-focused treatment that targets muscle tension, pain, and stress using focused techniques to support healing, mobility, and overall well being.
Table Thai Massage
Table Thai massage blends assisted stretching, gentle compressions, and rhythmic movement on the massage table to help improve flexibility, relieve tension, and restore balance- bringing the benefits of traditional Thai massage to a modern, comfortable setting.
This session is performed fully clothed – NO exceptions!
Cupping Therapy
A technique that uses suction cups to improve circulation, reduce muscle tension, and promote the body’s natural healing process. Cupping therapy is especially beneficial for those with chronic pain, stiff muscles, or respiratory conditions.
Aromatherapy
This calming therapy uses essential oils to promote emotional balance, reduce stress, and rejuvenate the body.
Muscle Scraping
Muscle Scraping uses specialized tools to gently glide over muscles and fascia, helping to break up tight tissue, improve circulation, and relieve pain and stiffness.

I am the owner and operator of Waves of Wellness Massage. I am passionate about my profession and believe that massage therapy contributes to a person’s overall well being. As a therapist, it is my goal to give each and every client a customized massage tailored to their specific needs. I want my clients leaving their session feeling relaxed and rejuvenated. My massage specialties are swedish, deep tissue, and prenatal.
